Chief Executive Officer, International Distribution Group
Mr. Albertini joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 2013, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, International Distribution Group, which combines the Dental and Medical distribution businesses of Henry Schein operating outside of North America. In this role, Mr. Albertini holds executive responsibility for the Company’s Global Lab businesses and Dental Equipment and Service strategy globally, and direct responsibility for working closely with key stakeholders across the Company to advance the global strategic alignment of the Company’s Digital Clinical Workflow Platform. He is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.
Mr. Albertini has nearly 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions in the health care industry. After starting at Henry Schein as Vice President of International Dental Equipment, he gained increasing responsibility and management of the Company's portfolio of businesses in Southern Europe and China. Most recently, he served as President of Henry Schein’s International Distribution Group and before that President of Henry Schein's EMEA Dental Distribution Group responsible for the development and execution of a cohesive Dental business strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before joining Henry Schein, Mr. Albertini held leadership positions at Cefla Dental Group and Castellini, leading global manufacturers of dental and medical equipment and instruments.

Senior Vice President and Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer
Ms. Benowitz joined Henry Schein in 2017 and is Senior Vice President and Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer. She is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.
Since joining Henry Schein, Ms. Benowitz has held several key positions focused on advancing the Company’s digital transformation. Most recently, Ms. Benowitz served as Vice President, Digital & Customer Experience and Global eCommerce Platform Digital Transformation Officer. As Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer, Ms. Benowitz is responsible for leading a Global eCommerce Transformation Organization whose purpose is to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies across the Company, to drive the transformation of our business strategy and operations using digital technology, and to enable the delivery of digital sales revenue for the organization. In addition, Ms. Benowitz is a founding member of Henry Schein’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and a member of Henry Schein’s Women’s Leadership Network. Before joining Henry Schein, Ms. Benowitz had a career in the financial services industry marked by increasingly responsible positions, including holding a variety of marketing and digital leadership positions at Citigroup, Inc.
Ms. Benowitz earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from State University of New York at Albany and her Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.
Vice Chairman of the Board and President
Mr. Breslawski has been with the Company since 1980, in his current position as Vice Chairman since March 2018, President since 2005, and as a director since 1992. He is also a member of our Executive Management Committee. Mr. Breslawski held the position of Chief Executive Officer of our Global Dental Group from 2005 to March 2018. He also held the position of Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Dental from 1990 to 2005, with primary responsibility for the North American Dental Group. Between 1980 and 1990, Mr. Breslawski held various positions with us, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Corporate Controller.
Mr. Breslawski partners with our senior leadership team to address corporate and strategic priorities and brings to the Company's Board of Directors management and leadership experience. The Board of Directors is aided by Mr. Breslawski's understanding of the health care business and his keen business acumen, leadership ability and interpersonal skills. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the American Dental Trade Association, Chairman of the Board of the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation, and President of the Dental Dealers of America. He is also a former member of the Leadership Council, School of Dental Medicine at Harvard University, a former board member of the Dental Life Network (formerly the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped), a former member of the Board of Governors for St. John's University, and a former trustee of Long Island University.
Prior to joining Henry Schein, Mr. Breslawski was a certified public accountant at the national professional services firm BDO Seidman, LLP. He received his degree in accounting from St. John's University.
Senior Vice President and Chief Global Customer Experience Officer
Ms. Clark joined Henry Schein in 2007 and is Senior Vice President and Chief Global Customer Experience Officer. She is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.
A seasoned veteran in health care technology, Ms. Clark has nearly 25 years industry experience and has served in a variety of leadership roles at Henry Schein. Previously, Ms. Clark served as Vice President, Technology Enablement, North America Distribution Group for Henry Schein, Inc., which includes Henry Schein’s Dental and Medical distribution businesses. In 2017, she was appointed co-lead of Henry Schein’s Global Digital Commerce team to champion and advance digital commerce and digital marketing initiatives, and in 2018, appointed to the Transformation Management Office, which is a strategic initiative designed to satisfy the evolving needs of customers and fuel future growth – for both the customer and the company – to create an engaging and frictionless online customer experience.
Prior to joining Henry Schein, Ms. Clark led the program management, customer relations, and marketing functions for eSurg, an online distributor of pharmaceutical, surgical, office, and medical supplies. In addition to her business contributions, Ms. Clark is a founding member of Henry Schein’s Diversity & Inclusion Council, and is an Executive Sponsor of Henry Schein’s Women’s Leadership Network, as well as elevASIAN, its newly established Pan Asian employee resource group.
Ms. Clark earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from University of Washington.
Chief Executive Officer, North America Distribution Group
Mr. Connett joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 1997, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, North America Distribution Group, which includes the Dental and Medical distribution businesses in North America. He is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.
Previously, Mr. Connett served as President of Henry Schein's U.S. Medical Group, one of the nation's leading providers of products and services to physician offices, urgent care clinics, retail clinics, freestanding emergency rooms, Integrated Delivery Networks, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and other alternate care sites. Before assuming this role in May of 2018, Mr. Connett held a number of roles of increasing responsibility at the Company.
Mr. Connett earned his Bachelor of Administration in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ettinger joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 1994, and is a member of the Company's Executive Management Committee. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ettinger oversees the Office of the CEO, including Henry Schein Cares, the Company's global corporate social responsibility program, along with the Company’s corporate affairs, corporate communications, legal, compliance and regulatory, global human resources, global security, global supply chain, and information technology functions.
Mr. Ettinger has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility at Henry Schein. Prior to his current position which he has held since 2022, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate & Legal Affairs and Secretary; Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary; Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary; Vice President and Associate General Counsel; and Associate General Counsel. Before joining the Company, Mr. Ettinger served as Senior Associate with Bower & Gardner and as a member of the Tax Department at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Ettinger earned a bachelor's degree in economics at Binghamton University, State University of New York, and a JD/MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Law, State University of New York.
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. McGlynn joined Henry Schein, Inc., in 1999 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.
Since joining Henry Schein, Inc., Ms. McGlynn has held several key positions with increasing responsibility at the Company, including serving as Vice President, Global Human Resources and Financial Operations; Vice President, Finance, North America; Chief Financial Officer, International Group; and Vice President of Global Financial Operations. Through these various roles with the Company, Ms. McGlynn attained significant global experience at Henry Schein's operations around the world.
In her current position, Ms. McGlynn is responsible for managing the Company's Global Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. In addition to managing day-to-day Global Human Resources, Ms. McGlynn leads and participates in numerous strategic projects, such as system integrations, software implementations, due diligence, Team Schein Member communications, and global best practices. Over the past few years, she has been working with the Senior Leadership Team to navigate through the COVID-19 crisis and she leads the Company’s Mental Wellness Committee.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. McGlynn served as Assistant Vice President of Finance at Adecco Corporation.
Ms. McGlynn earned a bachelor's degree at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional.
Executive Vice President, Chief Strategic Officer, Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Mlotek has been with Henry Schein, Inc. since 1994, serving in his current position as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer since 2012 and as a director since 1995. He is also a member of the Executive Management Committee. In his current role, Mr. Mlotek has three main priorities: worldwide merger and acquisition activity for the Company; business development, including important supplier partnership arrangements; and worldwide strategic planning.
Prior to holding his current position, Mr. Mlotek served as the Company's Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development, and before that, upon joining the Company in 1994, was Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Mr. Mlotek was a partner in the law firm of Proskauer Rose, LLP and counsel to the Company, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and tax law. At Proskauer, since 1989, Mr. Mlotek worked very closely with Henry Schein on various corporate matters. Prior to joining Proskauer, Mr. Mlotek was a partner in the law firm of Feit & Ahrens.
Mr. Mlotek graduated from the Columbia University School of Law with high honors in 1980. He received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1985, also graduating with honors. Mr. Mlotek graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in accounting from the Herbert Lehman University of City College of New York in 1977. Mr. Mlotek has been active in various charitable organizations, many of which help the perpetuation of the Yiddish language and culture. From 1996-2000, he served on the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. Mr. Mlotek is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain
Mr. Mullins joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 1988, and is Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain. He is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.
Mr. Mullins is responsible for leading Global Supply Chain, the U.S. Customer Service function, Acquisitions and Integration activity for Global Services, and partnering with the Company's Specialty Manufacturing business leaders to share best practices across the organization. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Mullins held a number of key positions with increasing responsibility at Henry Schein, including Global Chief Customer Service Officer.
Mr. Mullins earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from St. John's University.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Ms. Murphy, who joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 2011, is Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.
Since joining Henry Schein, Ms. Murphy has held several key positions of increasing responsibility within the legal function, most recently serving as Deputy General Counsel. As General Counsel, she is responsible for the Company's legal function in global mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, litigation, and other general corporate legal matters. Ms. Murphy began her legal career as a legal associate at the global law firm of Clifford Chance, LLP, where she represented companies and financial institutions on a variety of domestic and international corporate matters.
Ms. Murphy earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Pendergast joined Henry Schein in 2018 and is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He is also a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee and Technology Advisory Board.
Mr. Pendergast brings more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale global IT organizations for companies experiencing growth through acquisition, global expansion, and implementing new business models. His expertise includes leading organizations through transformational change, connecting IT to the needs of the business, converting digital complexity into strategy, and aligning IT costs.
Prior to Henry Schein, Mr. Pendergast held global leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer, at VSP Global, which provides access to eye care and eyewear. During his 10 year tenure at VSP Global, he drove strategy and continuous transformation, optimization, and modernization initiatives. Prior to VSP Global, he served in roles of increasing responsibility at Natural Organics, Inc., IdeaSphere Inc./Twinlab Corporation, Rohm and Hass, and IBM Corporation.
Mr. Pendergast earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Computer Information Systems, and his Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Siegel joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 2013, and is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, responsible for the Company's worldwide legal, compliance, and regulatory functions and activities. He is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.
Previously, Mr. Siegel served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, where he advised the Company on a broad range of legal matters affecting various business units. In this role, he managed the Company's mergers and acquisitions activities, litigation portfolio, intellectual property portfolio, and SEC reporting. Mr. Siegel manages input from outside counsel on corporate and litigation matters, and oversees and participates in drafting a broad range of commercial documents and contracts between the Company's business units (and affiliates) and third parties.
Mr. Siegel comes to Henry Schein with a diverse and wide background of legal expertise, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, securities, litigation, and regulatory. Mr. Siegel previously held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Standard Microsystems Corporation, a publicly traded global semiconductor company.
Mr. Siegel is a Yale Law School graduate.
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. South joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 2008, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. He is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee. Mr. South currently sits as a member of the Board of Directors of the Henry Schein Cares Foundation.
A certified public accountant, Mr. South has more than 30 years of domestic and international experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and strategic planning. Previously Mr. South served as Henry Schein’s Vice President, Corporate Finance since 2008 and Chief Accounting Officer since 2013, responsible for the Company's internal and external financial reporting and corporate tax functions. Prior to joining Henry Schein, he held leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he served as Vice President, Finance, for the Cardiovascular and Metabolic business lines, as well as Vice President, Controller, for its U.S. Pharmaceutical Division, and Vice President, Corporate General Auditor. Prior to Bristol-Myers Squibb, he served as North American Director of Corporate Audit at PepsiCo, and held several roles of increasing responsibility with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he advised clients located in the United States, Europe, and Latin America on domestic and international business transactions.
Mr. South earned bachelor's degrees in accounting and business administration from Illinois State University.
Chief Executive Officer, Global Oral Reconstruction Group
Dr. Willi joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 2013, and is currently Chief Executive Officer, Global Oral Reconstruction Group, which includes the Company's dental implant and bone regeneration products businesses and dental laboratory products and services business. He is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.
Previously, as President of the Henry Schein Global Dental Surgical Group, Dr. Willi led a portfolio of dental surgical businesses, which includes Camlog and BioHorizons as well as ACE Surgical and medentis medical. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Dr. Willi held senior level roles with Institut Straumann AG as Executive Vice President, Surgical Business Unit. Prior to Straumann, he held roles of increasing responsibility in Medtronic's cardiovascular division and with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant.
Dr. Willi earned Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Management, and a PhD in Technical Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. He is an alumnus of the Medtronic Marketing Leader Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Co-Chief Executive Officer, Global Oral Reconstruction Group
Ms. Wilson joined Henry Schein in April 2018 as Chief Financial Officer of the Global Oral Reconstruction Group (GORG) before being named Co-CEO of GORG in April 2024. She is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.
As Co-CEO of GORG, Ms. Wilson leads the group’s business, including strategic partnerships, in Europe and APAC, as well as GORG strategy, finance, and human resources
Prior to joining Henry Schein, Ms. Wilson held key roles in finance and consulting. She served as the CFO of a public Swiss medical communication technology company for four years. Ms. Wilson spent 18 years at KPMG, both in the United States and Switzerland. During her initial five years, she worked as an auditor and earned her certification as a US Certified Public Accountant. In her final five years at KPMG, Ms. Wilson held the position of Advisory Partner and Global Accounts Lead Partner. Leveraging her extensive financial expertise, she advised international public companies on various critical matters such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and finance process optimization.
Ms. Wilson has an Executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh and the ENPC School of International Management in Paris, a Master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor’s degree from Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma.
Mr. Boggan joined Henry Schein in 2014 as President and CEO of BioHorizons, which the Company acquired in that year, before being named Co-CEO of the Global Oral Reconstruction Group (GORG) in April 2024. He is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.
As Co-CEO of GORG, Mr. Boggan leads commercial operations in the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as global marketing and R&D.
Mr. Boggan joined BioHorizons in 1995 and was promoted to President and CEO in 2000 as part of a company recapitalization. In 2018, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of GORG.
Prior to BioHorizons and Henry Schein, Mr. Boggan was employed in the Research and Development and Marketing Departments of Dow Corning Wright and Wright Medical Technology from 1989 until 1995.
Mr. Boggan has an M.B.A. from the University of Memphis, an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a B.S. in Biological Engineering in Mississippi State University.
Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare Specialties Group
Mr. Popeck joined Henry Schein in 2019, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare Specialties Group (HSG), which includes more than 20 business units operating in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. He is a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.
Mr. Popeck has spent over two decades leading businesses in orthopedics and industrial manufacturing, including extensive experience in the medical device sector. In 2023, he was named President of HSG, which currently includes Henry Schein-owned products such as consumables, disposables, and small equipment for dental and medical customers as well as orthodontics and orthopedics devices. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Mr. Popeck held various sales leadership and general management executive positions, including leading Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business unit as Vice President and General Manager during his 11-year tenure with the company.
Mr. Popeck earned his Bachelor’s in Engineering from Steven’s Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.
