  • Yes. Currently, Henry Schein Marketplace only accepts sellers that are legally registered and operating in the U.S.
  • No. There is no minimum or maximum SKU count required for partners to launch on Henry Schein. SKUs proposed should be relevant to the Henry Schein customer base and will be reviewed in onboarding for fit.

Marketplace Tax Collection

A Marketplace Facilitator is defined as a marketplace that contracts with third party sellers to promote their sale of physical property, digital goods, and services through the marketplace. As a result, Henry Schein Marketplace, a division of Henry Schein, Inc. (the Company), is deemed to be a marketplace facilitator for third-party sales facilitated through the Company’s expanded selection partners.

Marketplace Facilitator legislation is a set of laws that shifts the sales tax collection and remittance obligations from a third party seller to the marketplace facilitator. The Company will be responsible to calculate, collect, remit, and refund state sales tax on sales sold by Marketplace sellers for transactions destined to states where Marketplace Facilitator and/or Marketplace collection legislation is enacted within the United States. All other obligations with respect to the payment of non-related sales taxes, in addition to state and local jurisdictions not included within Marketplace Facilitator legislation, are the responsibility of each Marketplace seller.
