We ship to all 50 states across the U.S., including very remote, rural areas. Our five core distribution centers are strategically located in Nevada, Texas, Florida, Indiana and Pennsylvania, allowing us to provide fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

No, our distribution centers do not have regular work hours on weekends. However, if there is a special need, one-off requests can be made by contacting your rep in advance.

Yes, products regulated under DEA Schedules II–V are shipped in full compliance with Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA) guidelines. Orders require valid licensure and signature confirmation upon delivery.

Our U.S. distribution centers work with UPS to provide next-day delivery on 9 in 10 orders. By using UPS’s enhanced ground delivery network, we're able to reduce air shipping and lower our carbon footprint while still ensuring that you get your order fast. If necessary, we may partner with a regional carrier — whoever can get your order to you the fastest.
We’re proud to maintain 99.9% order accuracy, which means that you can expect your order to arrive without missing items, incorrect products or quantity errors. With no last-minute scrambling for replacements, your schedule stays on track.
We’re proud to have 98% of products in stock, meaning your practice has less to worry about when it comes to running low on essential supplies. However, when backorders do happen, we work closely with suppliers to expedite backordered items or offer available substitutes whenever possible. If an item is placed on backorder, you won’t be billed until it is back in stock and ready to ship.
Every distribution center has 24/7 temperature monitoring and generator backup to maintain product integrity. We rely on advanced cold-chain shipping for all temperature-sensitive items, including pharmaceuticals*** and controlled substances. We ship refrigerated and frozen products using temperature-controlled packaging and next-day delivery, backed by weather mapping to preserve stability throughout transit.
Yes, items such as lithium batteries or chemical kits are classified as hazardous and subject to special handling protocols and additional regulatory fees.
To order with us, you’ll need to be a registered, licensed dental or medical professional. If you’re a new customer, or if you’ve recently moved, we’ll ask for an updated copy of your state and federal DEA registration, along with your shipping address for verification. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that some products may come with additional restrictions due to supplier or regulatory requirements.
Most holidays are business as usual, though there is no delivery on major holidays. Cold-chain shipments may be adjusted depending on the holiday schedule, but are held to ensure delivery remains next day. Notices are published in advance by our transportation team.

For larger, heavier or more complex shipments, we offer flexible delivery solutions tailored to your practice’s needs:

  • Orders Over 800 lbs: Shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) and palletized — please allow up to three additional business days.
  • No Loading Dock? No problem — inside delivery with lift gate is available by appointment (adds one extra business day).
We deliver to your designated UPS delivery point. Some smaller packages may be delivered inside your office, but most designated delivery points for large deliveries are only inside the front door of your building. As mentioned above, for palletized freight or large equipment, appointments and special arrangements (e.g., lift gates) may be required.
We partner with more than 3,200 suppliers to make sure that your practice has everything it needs to be successful. In order to do this, some products are available via drop-shipping and are shipped directly to you from the supplier. Shipping times can vary depending on the supplier.

For many dental equipment purchase orders, white glove delivery is part of the final sale. We stage your order at a nearby facility, then typically ship and install it at the same time for a smooth, efficient setup. Our equipment specialists, equipment coordinators, certified project specialists and equipment service technicians handle everything, and delivery can be scheduled based on availability at a time that works best for you.

Equipment delivery for new practices

Setting up a new practice can be complex, which is why we’re with you every step of the way. From standard equipment deliveries to large-scale projects, our dedicated equipment specialists, equipment coordinators, certified project specialists and equipment service technicians work closely with you to stage, deliver and install your equipment — all at once, based on availability on a day that’s most convenient for you and your team. We’ll even coordinate delivery and installation around your grand opening or ribbon-cutting event to make the process as seamless as possible.

Do you remove and haul away my old dental equipment?

Yes, if your delivery is completed as part of our white glove delivery service, we’ll carefully remove your old dental equipment, making room for your new setup with minimal disruption to your practice. Some restrictions and fees may apply.

The way your medical equipment is delivered can vary based on factors such as the type of product, its size and weight, and where it’s going. When placing an order, you can choose between:

  • Standard Drop-Off: Delivered to your location and left at the entry point. This method is not recommended if you don’t have a way to bring it inside, such as a forklift for heavy equipment or supplies. With advanced notice, drop-off delivery can be done at the entry point or on a delivery dock.
  • White Glove Delivery: Scheduled delivery with full assembly, precision placement, packaging removal and optional eco-friendly disposal of old equipment. We inspect every item before installation, handle any damage quickly and tailor setup to your facility’s needs. This method is recommended for most medical equipment deliveries.
