PowerPay is the most effective way to process credit and debit cards with your practice-management software. With one card swipe, PowerPay can process a charge and post the payment directly to your ledger. PowerPay even reduces your accounts receivable automatically through recurring and “after-insurance” credit card payment consents.

Terminal
A magnetic strip reader is included with the PowerPay software for each license you purchase. The optional Ingenico pin-pad device is available as an upgrade. The pin-pad device allows you to process debit cards and capture electronic signatures for payment consents.

Online Payments
When used in conjunction with the eCentral Web Site Manager, PowerPay allows you to accept patient payments online. Payments made online will be automatically posted directly to your patient’s ledger.
