A preassembled, disposable test pack for load control with an Attest 1292 Biological Indicator positioned in a small package. A record-keeping sheet with chemical indicator bar and space for recording load information and BI results is included in the pack. This pack is used to monitor 121°C/250°F gravity and 132°C/270°F vacuum-assisted cycles.
