The UPS Worldport hub in Louisville, KY is open and operational; however, they continue to work through volume backlog. For today, we will not ship any Air Ice shipments. We anticipate some delays with UPS Air services. UPS has also temporarily relaxed its Next Day Air delivery commitment to end of day. We are maintaining close communication with UPS and will share additional updates as needed.
