Prior to the expiration date, HealthFirst will automatically send a replacement to you, so you are never stuck with an expired drug in your cart. Along with that new medication, they also send a pre-addressed envelope for medication disposal – they thought of everything.
Notify HealthFirst that the medication was used, and HealthFirst will overnight a replacement medication and update OnTraq to accurately reflect the new medication’s expiration date.
